Queso, mantequilla, aguacate, frijoles refritos y plátano frito. Servido con 2 huevos, 2 tortillas de maíz o 1 tortilla de harina. Carne a elegir (pollo, cerdo frito o res). / Honduran style cheese, cream, avocado, red refried beans, and fried plantains. Served with two eggs, 2 corn tortillas or one flour tortilla. Choice of meat (chicken, fried pork or beef).
